A booking is confirmed only once we receive the applicable advance payment and share written confirmation. The balance amount is typically due before or on arrival, as agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made, and on any non-refundable hotel or vendor bookings already confirmed on your behalf. Exact cancellation terms will be shared in writing at the time of booking confirmation.
Itineraries may need to change due to weather, local conditions, government restrictions, or safety concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative in such cases.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identification, being on time for scheduled transfers and activities, and informing us of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance.
We act as a facilitator, coordinating hotels, transport, and guides on your behalf. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party service providers, or by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
